Rondo looks good

Posted by Gary Dzen, Boston.com Staff June 17, 2008 06:35 PM

Celtics point guard Rajon Rondo shot around sans brace or tape for about 30 minutes before tonight's game. Rondo didn't blame his sprained left ankle for his poor play in Game 5, but it was clear something was off.

They're passing out "You got Rondo'd" signs in the press room. Maybe the point guard can pull off a couple of moves worthy of the marketing campaign tonight.

  • We've mentioned this before, but it's downright arctic in the arena tonight. So, so cold. If you're coming to tonight's game, bring a parka.

    1. dude you complain about it being cold every game, but I've been to 6 playoff games in that building this year and I have been sweating my a$$ off by the end of every game. I would love to know where you sit that you are so cold

    1. It's so cold in the Garden because it is currently without 17,000 screaming bodies producing heat. If it weren't that cold before the game, the fans would make it too hot come game time.

    1. The Garden will be on fire tonight, and it will raise the level for all of the Celtics. (With the possibly exception of KG, who could possibly spontaneously combust in pre-game warmups). Hopefully Rondo is feeling it tonight!
