C's to unveil new license plate
The Celtics and the Registry of Motor Vehicles will unveil the team’s newly designed license plate from 1 to 3 p.m. on July 22 at the Watertown RMV. Proceeds from the sale will benefit Children’s Hospital Boston.
Celtics forward Glen Davis will help unveil the plates and take photos with fans who sign up for the license plate. The Larry O’Brien trophy will also be present for fans to take photos with. In addition, Davis will work the counter at the RMV prior to the unveiling.
Directions are available at www.mass.gov/rmv.

If one looks closely at the plate, known anecdotally as a license plate, one does not find anything on it having anything to do with a license. Sad to say, but the identification numbers on that plate is the vehicles REGISTRATION identification. Would that perhaps make it a registration plate? You are not a singularity in this foolish mistake.
