  1. I hope there is a point when the partying stops and the focus starts on #18. They deserve to celebrate but there is a point when they need to start thinking about and training for next season.

  1. What is wrong with partying on a friday night? It has barely been a month since they won and he can't start training yet because of his knee. I see no problem with this at all. I'm glad for paul and he deserves this. If this happens during the season or the playoffs like Deshawn Stevenson, then we have a problem. For now? No big deal.

  1. Paul said he was gonna get back to work in a few weeks. After 10 years of waiting, I think Paul Pierce deserves the time off. Not to mention, his knee doesn't mind the rest.

  1. ya, he said that he would keep resting his knee/partying for about 2 to 3 weeks and get back on the grind.

  1. The Truth deserves to celebrate more than anybody else for what he has accomplished and shutting up doubters. Wish i was there though.

  1. Being a kid in the eighties and seeing the Big Three back then, I now realize what a short potential window we have for winning championships. It is great we won #17 but I want to see a few more with this group.
I have been seeing Paul everywhere. I guess I just have to trust that him, KG and Ray will be ready to repeat.

  1. These guys should get at least one month off from training. They just played over 100 games and they'll be back at it soon enough. They earned a little break. Don't worry about the MVPP.

    First....HOLY RUN ON SENTENCE!

Second, how can you say that the ownership is cheap? If they signed Posey, they would have used the WHOLE midlevel exception, for 4 years. If they did that, they could not have signed House and Allen, probably not either. A cheap organization doesnt pay HUGE salaries to KG, Pierce, AND Ray Allen.
Let me guess, you are one of those guys who thinks they can just make a trade like Gabe Pruitt and leon Powe for Dwight Howard? Get a grip man, you are over reacting like a pink hat wearing Dropkick Murphy's fan.
