I've lived in New Orleans all of my 60+ years. Am I happy the Hornets signed James Posey instead of the C's? Hell no! I saw Cousey in movie newsreels, and when Boston got Russell and K.C. Jones, my father told me the C's would challenge the Hawks, with our L.S.U. native Bob Pettit, for many years.Who would have thought that they would have more rings than Russell has fingers by 1969.
Let Posey be another hired gun. This team's defense will still dominate the NBA.
