Pierce: 'There's nothing lingering'

A hoarse Paul Pierce (he said he has laryngitis) said he has been icing his right knee during the offseason and that the injury he sustained during the 2008 NBA Finals 'isn't anything lingering'. Pierce was not wearing any kind of brace on his knee when he walked to the podium for a press conference.
