Celtics forward Glen Davis is currently at Brigham and Women 's Hospital after a mid-afternoon car crash on the Mass Pike.

Team spokesman Jeff Twiss said Davis suffered whiplash and a concussion. He will miss today's game against New York, and the status of his return is undetermined.

Twiss said Celtics president of basketball operations Danny Ainge was at the hospital with Davis, who will turn 23 on New Years Day.

Twiss said the Celtics will likely know more about Davis's condition tomorrow.
