Pacer praise

Here are a few quotes from an Indiana team that gave a solid effort tonight coming off a back-to-back:

JIM O'BRIEN

“They really had too many weapons for us tonight. Rondo had a great game. Just didn’t have enough to beat them. ...They’re awful difficult to beat. They have a great basketball team. That’s why they’re the World Champs.”

MARQUIS DANIELS:

"Go down the list, what do you want to talk about? We didn’t do a lot of things right tonight guys. It was a totally different game from when we played them in Indiana. We let Rondo get out to a great start. He found guys early, he was getting himself involved, getting rebounds and points... Boston’s a great team and you’ve got to give them credit tonight.”

T.J. FORD

On Rondo: “Once he gets inside that paint he’s very effective and very dangerous. He’s under control. He’s proved to everybody he can lead a team, so I think you’ve got to give him his credit, he’s a hell of a player.”
