The Boston Celtics, Chicago Blackhawks, Cleveland Cavaliers, Milwaukee Brewers and Tampa Bay Rays were selected as nominees in the Professional Sports Team of the Year category for the 2009 Sports Business Awards presented by Street & Smith’s SportsBusiness Journal and SportsBusiness Daily. It's interesting to note the Celtics are the only team on the list that won a championship in 2008.
