  1. Dan is always a realist and never lacks class. I hope the C's read and listen to all these videos. I hope they read these comments too.

hmmmm... I wonder if they actually do read these comments...

  1. Why is it that Ray Allen can score in the regular season, but when the playoffs begin "HE STINKS THE JOINT UP? Did the same thing last year. So much for playoff experience, and the "BIG THREE." Paul Pierce is a "JOKE." Can't hit free throws for beans; he sure ain't no "LARRY BIRD."

  1. The Celts will probably still win the series but Rose is the best player, not Pierce or Allen.

  1. Ask KG how he feels about the Celtics letting a conference foe get Flip Saunders and keeping that bum Doc Rivers on to coach the Celtics...

Washington will be a powerhouse in the East next year, watch!!!!!!!!!
    ------------------------------------------

KG would be playing right now if Flip was running this team.
    That's the sad part...

He wouldn't have been misdiagnosed because Flip actually cares about KG. and would have exhausted every avenue to get him healthy.

The fact that he his knee is still swelling and is locking up on him is a clear sign of cartilage damage. If he would have been scoped and cleaned out earlier, the C's would not be in this situation.
    Period.

Doc and his staff really dropped the ball on this one and I hope that Doc is one of the faces on the Celtic's "Gone Fishing" picture that the TNT crew probably already have made up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHA

  1. The Celtics good fortunes ended in 2008. Since the Christmas game in LA when the 19 game winning streak ended, their confidence has been shaken and hasn't recovered. Then they had a 12 game streak ended at home, to the Lakers of course, and KG's injury came next. The team they assembled last year was good for just that, last year. Now the nucleus is getting older, guys are getting hurt, Pierce and Allen just look like they're one injury from being thru.

KG took the whole "bully" thing to heart, and made the Celtics believe they could thug their way past everybody with trash talk and lack of sportsmanship. Well, now its come back to haunt them. Instead of disrespecting opponents on the floor, KG is dissing his teammates, too selfish to even stay on the sideline to cheer them on in the second half. Karma is here for the Celtics, and its here to stay. They won't win the title, and probably wouldn't have even with Garnett.

All the negativity and bullying they brought to the court the last two seasons is coming back to them in the form of an early playoff exit. And unlike last year, the refs don't seem like they'll be bailing the C's out.
    Just keeping it real...

  1. Flip Saunders, huh? You're really scraping the bottom of the barrel for material.

  1. kg needs to be on the bench no matter what cheering his team on. what a pathetic display. we could have easily won this game. we had our chances. salvatore needs to be investigated as well. questionable late decisive calls

  1. Scrapping the barrel??? Classless.

    It is a serious claim.
Do you know how close Flip and KG are?????

It would have been a match made in heaven so I'm just glad the C's didn't see it.

  1. What a bunch of 'classless fans'!! Or should I say 'CLASSLESS BANDWAGON FANS'!
We finally have management in place to get things done, AND they did by acquiring Allen and Garnett. They actually COACH UP the young players in Rhondo, Powe and Davis. BOOM - THEY WIN A CHAMPIONSHIP!!
Pierce is an All Star and a future "Hall of Famer' - he missed a free throw, big deal! He's carried this team for a longgggg time -- get off his back! Be a Fan and shut up and support this team NOW! I can't stand fans that whine for no good reason!

  1. All the people whiny about KG not being on the bench: were you the same people calling for Tom Brady to be on the sideline all year? If so, how does this help? I'm sure the team knows how supportive Garnett is and how BADLY he wants to play. He's most likely counterproductive being on the bench, just like Brady would have been.

  1. "Flip Saunders, huh? You're really scraping the bottom of the barrel for material."

TWO sentences, Classless? Check you out. Be careful not to overdo it though. Those remedial classes are only meant to be stepping stones to one day writing a full and coherent paragraph. Go One And Dones!

  1. Dreadful start for the Celts, but hey the Bulls wanted it more. When Noah has uncontested dunks and nearly a double-double by halftime, you know you're complacent. Ray did do the same thing at the beginning of the playoffs last year. I don't get it. And is it just me, or does PP frequently miss freethrows at key junctures? He makes the second freethrow, and despite how poorly we played, the game is over. And how hard is it to figure out that you need to get the ball out of Rose's hands and make someone else beat you. When a player is making one-legged flying hook shots off the backboard, you know the BB gods are with him. Let's hope this was a wakeup call.
