The abominable KG

Posted by Frank Dell'Apa, Globe Staff May 2, 2009 11:08 AM

Celtic coach Doc Rivers quashed rumors of Kevin Garnett reappearing for Saturday night's game against the Chicago Bulls.

"Sasquatch is going to show up next," Rivers said after the team's morning shootaround. "I swear, somebody was going to spot Kevin on the floor, and Sasquatch."

Game 7 of the first-round series starts at 8 tonight.

  1. Why do they keep talking about KG if he is not coming back?He has already postponed surgery so that he could come back if they really need him.Well, THEY REALLY NEED HIM! I bet he plays tonight.
