  1. The Celtics were OBLITERATED while Marbury was on the floor, and only in the 4th quarter, with Marbury long since riding the pine, did they mount their meaningless comeback. Yup, that Starbury is a real winner alright. Would would those Celtics do without him? Win maybe? Marbury is a cancer. Every team he goes to they get worse. And the team he leaves get better.

  1. The Crack straight up "S U C K S" !!!!!!!!

Celtics pushed to extremes against the freekin' Bulls, because of the Crack

I hate to say it but this round should be an early Celtic exit due to the Crack!!!

    LETS GO KNICKS!!!!!!!!

Bring on in them trades and aquisitions,!!!

    Can't wait for next season

    Sorry Doc, Coach D'Antoni R U L E S !!!!!!!!!

  1. Once again the toxic power of CRACKHEAD comes thru. You were lucky to win the first round, Rondo should have been thrown out. The league cannot have Marbury starting because they know that the celtics would lose.

Ce;tics will lose this series. I hope that Rivers/Ainge sign marbury to a 5 year deal. This will seal the curse.

If you want a great pizza, go to New York

  1. I cant understand why the owner(s) of this celtics blog continue to let these anti celtic fans write all these animosity comments on here. these anti celtic fans have no life whatsoever. celtics weren't the only team to lose their 1st game on their home floor. how about those lakers? letting the rockets beat them senseless like that? why dont you haters talk about that game as well? we've been down 0-1 before so why dont you all go find something else to hate on because the celtics are here to stay and are here to win this series

how could anyone take orlando serious after the way they let the celtics come all the way back like that in the 4th? the magic are not a playoff contenders. they cant even hold big leads in the 4th. celtics got this series. so all you haters can go choke on that! were still the champs until someone knocks us off and it damn sure aint gonna be the magic. LOL @ THAT!!

    One word.

    Marbury.

  1. Um, Brian? Being "beaten senseless" is being down by 28 points. The Lakers were never down by more than 9, champ. No worries out west. In Beantown, however...

And BTW - stop crying to your blog "mommies" and grow a pair.

  1. I understand that on one cares, but..............................
2 weeks ago I ventured from CA home to MA for a few days. After seeing my mother ( a lifelong Sox and Celtcs fan) in a nursing home with dementia, I made a decision. I spend too much time here and not enough with my kids. While I think the Celtics will beat Orlando, I cannot devote the time to waiting for these comments to post. I have a life.....I have been commenting in the discussion forums, where the REAL fans hang out...trolls don't have the stones to go there . I kind of like those better, so, I will not be commenting as much here anymore. Plus, with the games on TV, I don't really need any commentary. Finally, in the forums, opinions are respected, and things don't get personal, and if they do, there is the ignore button.
    Celtics in 6
    Cavs in 6
    Cavs in 6
    Thats' my prediction
    See everyone on draft night
    DNFTT - asterik waiting
    OK

  1. NY is not a disaster anymore. Now that they got rid of Steph, NY is improving. Now that Boston has taken on Steph, Boston is getting worse. Why didn't Ainge see this coming?

  1. NVE's Mom,

No one know what you try say. Please to try using English.

  1. opk3 - could you recommend a Boston Celtics discussion forum? Things are getting a little dry around here...

  1. We're good - don't worry about us, we get more than enough time. No, really.

  1. ---" how about those lakers? l"---
    Brian,
I don't know if it was the warm Santa Ana winds that we had blowing through our backyard last night, or the continuous IrishCarbombs I was taking down, but I've never felt so good after a Game 1 loss like that.
Seriously, I was literally laughing out loud by the games end and it didn't have anything to do with Yao's presser.

It wasn't meant to be. We missed way too many shots, and the Rocket's defense had little to do with it. There is no way the Lakers will shoot like that again anytime soon. And there is no way that Aaron Brooks will average 20 in this series.
Especially once Phil puts Jordan Farmar on him.

    That's right, Jordan Farmar.
    ----------------------------------------

Plus we were in the game through the first 3 quarters.

The Celtics on the other hand were punk'd. Did anyone see that game??????

Orlando slapped you around for 3 quarters. I picked the Magic to sweep, but I see now that I have to go even further because the latter is a given. So my guess is the win margin will be Magic +17.

  1. You knicks fans need to give it a rest already. Marbury is New Yorker through and through and you fans all turn your back on him. The Knicks used him like a cheap suit. He is better then any Knick on the current roster and the Celtics are not worse with him, if you actually watched the games him and Eddie House actually gave the Celtics a boost at the end of the season to get them back in games more then the starters. The way he is playing defense and distributing is what he can actually do. If had a finisher in NY he would of avg over 8 assist every year he was their just like he did when Kurt Thomas was there. When Kurt Thomas left the knicks and Houston they had no one for him to work of and the fans and teams blamed him. Ed Curry i

  1. Those losers are from the knicks blog on nypost.com. They're OBSESSED with Stephon Marbury! They never blog about the Knicks cause there is nothing to talk about with them because they've sucked for so long and still do. Go right back to their blog and see

  1. Jordan Farmer, Shannon Brown, Derek Fisher. Three reasons why Lakers fans can forget a title this year.

Posted by Classless May 7, 09 03:36 AM
  1. Classless,
    Excuse me??????

-Jordan kicked the Rocket's guards asses last night. One of the reasons to why we won. You must have fallen asleep by then.
-Shannon Brown is an absolute defensive stud every night!!!!!!!
-And Fisher will probably be suspended a game for his hard-nosed defensive play last night on Scoila!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So what was your point, again??????????
