Kendrick Perkins is a big guy, but even the bruising Celtics center was excited to get an easier matchup tonight against Charlotte's Tyson Chandler. Perkins had 9 points, 7 rebounds, and 4 blocks in 26 minutes.

"Well I wasn't playing Shaq," Perkins said tonight, in reference to his matchup last night in Cleveland. "It was a lot easier. But I missed a lot of open looks. So I just felt like I had to make it up on the defensive end...I thought my defense was pretty good."

Perkins also praised the play of Shelden Williams and Rasheed Wallace. If there's going to be any center controversy, you certainly won't hear about it from Perkins.
