PHOENIX -- Celtics center Kendrick Perkins said he will talk with NBA executive vice president for basketball operations Stu Jackson Thursday morning about rescinding his previous two technical fouls, including the one called by Zach Zarba in the second quarter of Wednesday's 116-98 loss to the Phoenix Suns.

Perkins has 10 technical fouls, six short of the mandatory one-game suspension. NBA players also receive suspensions for every two they receiver after 16. If he continues at this rate, Perkins would finish with 26.

He also picked up a technical with 6:13 left in the game Tuesday against Golden State for apparently throwing an elbow at Rony Turiaf following a foul.

"The last two I got got to get overturned," he said. "I didn't say nothing to (Zarba) that time."

Rivers said afterwards that Perkins has to "grow up."
