Would Larry, Michael and Magic have considered teaming up?

While teams bringing together three stars to form the nucleus of a championship squad is nothing new, the way LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh came together as the latest Big 3 in Miami rubbed some people the wrong way because the players, not the team, facilitated the moves.

It also led NBA great Michael Jordan to scoff at the arrangement, saying he would never have asked Celtics great Larry Bird and Lakers star Magic Johnson to join him.
