Marquis Daniels didn't practice this afternoon and Rajon Rondo left early with a busted lip.

WALTHAM -- After spraining his left ankle in last night's win over the Pistons, Marquis Daniels sat out of this afternoon's practice.

Daniels has played in all 41 games for the Celtics this season, bouncing back from last season when he missed 31 games with a thumb injury.

Celtics coach Doc Rivers was unsure about Daniels' availability for tomorrow night's game against the Utah Jazz.

"He's 50-50," Rivers said.

Meanwhile, Rajon Rondo left practice early after being hit in the mouth. He split his upper lip, but didn't require any stitches.
