The Celtics make the always difficult trip to Chicago to face the Bulls, who are coming off consecutive road losses to New Jersey and Philadelphia. The Bulls, led by former Celtics assistant Tom Thibodeau, allowed the 76ers to shoot 56.3 percent while two starters -- Kurt Thomas and Keith Bogans -- went scoreless.

The Bulls will be without Joakim Noah, who has missed the past three weeks after tearing a ligament in his right hand.

As for the Celtics, they are nearing full health with Kevin Garnett approaching a return to the lineup while Kendrick Perkins could be back by Feb. 1.

The Celtics will have Jermaine O'Neal available tonight as his sore left knee is fine and he will come off the bench.
