The Celtics continue to add depth to their roster by signing swingman Sasha Pavlovic, who spent a brief time with the club last season. Pavlovic averaged 1.8 points in 17 games with the Celtics but did not play as aggressively as the club would have preferred.

Pavlovic adds to the Celtics' small forward depth but he likely won't compete for major minutes if he makes the team.

Meanwhile, agent Mark Bartelstein told the Globe that rookie E'Twaun Moore is expected to practice today for the first time after being held out the first three days. Moore was apparently involved in a potential deal for David West, who signed yesterday with the Indiana Pacers.

Bartelstein also said he will gauge the Celtics' interest in former Celtic James Posey, who was released by the Pacers through their amnesty clause. Posey was a member of the 2008 Celtics' title team but has not produced at the same level since signing with the New Orleans Hornets after that season.
