Celtics guard Avery Bradley left Friday night's game vs. Atlanta with an injury to his left shoulder. Bradley walked off the court with team doctor Brian McKeon near the end of the third quarter. He did not return to the game.

Celtics coach Doc Rivers said Bradley has been dealing with a shoulder injury all season. Usually, when Bradley's shoulder slips out of place, trainers pop it back in.

"They tried to pop it back in, and it didn't go back in," said Rivers. "We'll evaluate him tomorrow and go from there."
