MIAMI -- Celtics coach Doc Rivers was hit with a technical foul with 3:13 remaining in the second quarter of Game 1 vs. the Heat. His team was called for five technicals. Rivers took issue with the call on him in particular after the game.

"I know mine wasn't [a technical]," said Rivers. "I can tell you that much. I don't know how long I've been in the league, but that has to rank as the worst I've ever had. I would have loved to have earned it."

On his team's technicals, Rivers said," We should never get them, anyway. I told our guys that. But everybody has to keep their composure."
