Final: Cavaliers 95-90: It's gotten worse as the Celtics allowed Kyrie Irving scored 15 of his 40 points in the fourth quarter and the Celtics made just 11 shots in the second half. Pierce, Rondo and Garnett missed a combined 30 shots.

Fourth quarter, 52.0, Cavaliers 90-87: Kyrie Irving is winning this game for Cleveland, scoring on a streaking layup for a 3-point Cleveland lead. The Celtics have been awful offensively in the second half missing 27 of 37 shots.

Fourth quarter, 2:30, Cavaliers 84-83: The Celtics commit their 10th turnover of the half and Kyrie Irving's backhanded layup puts Cleveland ahead despite being 12-for-35 from the field in the second half. The Celtics are 10-for-35 and have missed some easy shots. Paul Pierce is 3-for-14 from the field.

Fourth quarter, 5:59, Celtics 79-76: This game has turned into a battle of attrition with neither team taking advantages of opportunities to take control. The Celtics have committed nine turnovers in the second half while Paul Pierce has missed eight of 11 shots, although he has six assists and six rebounds. Rajon Rondo is two assists from a triple double but it won't matter if the Celtics don't seal this win.

End of third quarter, Celtics 73-70: The Celtics had a 7-point lead and a chance to build on it but didn't score for more than three minutes and were saved by a Courtney Lee 3-pointer with 0.2 seconds left to regain the lead. The Celtics are playing much better defense but are breaking down at key times.

Third quarter, 1:38, Celtics 70-66: The Celtics were on the verge of creating some real distance but have come up empty for a couple of possessions while the Cavaliers slowly climb back into the game. Kyrie Irving has 25 points but just 6 since the first quarter. Tristan Thompson has 19 and seven rebounds. The Cavaliers are 5-for-19 shooting in the quarter. Rajon Rondo has 13 points, 9 rebounds and 8 assists for the Celtics while Kevin Garnett has 12 points.

Third quarter, 6:30, Celtics 64-58: Avery Bradley has canned back-to-back 3-pointers from the baseline -- a great sign for Bradley -- as the Celtics are beginning to play strong defense. The Cavaliers are 2-for-13 from the field and Kyrie Irving has scored 6 points since the first quarter. He still has 25.

Halftime, Cavaliers 54-53: It was Kyrie Irving in the first quarter and Tristan Thompson in the second. Thompson scored 12 points in the second quarter as the Celtics refuse to defend the pick-and-roll. They are scoring with relative ease but Thompson and Irving have combined for 39 points while Luke Walton has 7 off the bench as Cleveland shot 50 percent. Rajon Rondo has 13 points for the Celtics and Kevin Garnett has 10. Jared Sullinger has nearly a double-double with 10 points and eight rebounds.

Second quarter, 7:04, Celtics 39-37: Well what do you know? The Cavaliers take Kyrie Irving out of the game and the Celtics make a run. Jared Sullinger is comfortable back home in Ohio with 8 points in nine minutes. Kevin Garnett has 8 points and Paul Pierce has 7.

End of first quarter, Cavaliers 31-27: The storyline has been Kyrie Irving, who has 19 points on 8-for-109 shooting while his teammates are 5-for-12. Luke Walton of all people came off the bench to score 5 points. The Celtics only shot 41.7 percent in the quarter And Rajon Rondo has 10 points but it doesn't make much difference if he gives up 19.

First quarter, 2:55, Cavaliers 24-19: Are the Celtics playing as if their jobs are on the line? Not really. Kyrie Irving already has 15 points on 6-for-7 shooting, scoring with ease against the spotty defense of Rajon Rondo. No other Cavalier has more than 4 points, but it doesn't matter if the Celtics can't stop Kyrie. Paul Pierce has his shooting game back with 5 points on 2-for-2 shooting. Rondo has 8 points and two assists.

First quarter, 4:47, Cavaliers 20-17: Kyrie Irving is torching Rajon Rondo so far with 13 points on 5-for-5 shooting in seven minutes. The Cavaliers are 8-for-13 shooting while the Celtics are 7-for-12. Kevin Garnett has 6 points for Boston.

First quarter, 9:06, Tied at 7: Paul Pierce opens the game with a 3-pointer by Kyrie Irving cans two free throws and Tristan Thompson follows with a jump hook. Pierce has 5 points and Kevin Garnett just added a hoop.
