It was a busy pregame for the Celtics with a number of new(ish) faces. Terrence Williams, D.J. White, and Shavlik Randolph all drew a crowd.

As for tonight's game against the Warriors, the Celtics will have their hands full with Stephen Curry, who had a 54-point effort against the Knicks on Wednesday. Here's more on the matchup between Curry and the Celtics' Avery Bradley.

But back to Williams, who is set to stick around after signing a two-year deal earlier today.

"I like the way he's played, minus one game," coach Doc Rivers said. "Now that he's going to be here, we have a chance to hopefully turn him into a player that we think he could be."

Williams has played in three games and proven he can play point guard, something the team needs with Rajon Rondo out.

"I saw him this summer," Rivers said. "He came in and worked out with us for a week, pickup games, and just watching him the way he played, you really felt even in those situations that he's more point than [2-guard]. I don't think he's ever going to be a great scorer in our league, but he can be a great playmaker.

"It would be nice if we found a superstar, but there's very few of those in the entire league. So we just look for a solid player."

There was a lot of talk about China in the locker room, with all three of the new Celtics players having played this season in the Chinese Basketball Association.

"They did a good job scouting," White said of the Celtics.

White seems like he's looking forward to playing with Williams and Randolph instead of against them. Because in China that didn't exactly go well for him.

"My team wasn't the best team, so I got beat by both of those guys. Twice," White said.
