Pierce, who has made $184.8 million in his 16-year playing career, made $15.3 million last season with the Brooklyn Nets. He has not made less than $10 million since the 2002-03 season. He averaged 13.7 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 2.0 assists in 12 playoff games last season.
The Nets, Dallas Mavericks, and Los Angeles Clippers are possible landing spots for Pierce.
