It's been a little more than seven months since the Celtics walked off the court at Staples Center with their heads down, an 83-79 loss to the Lakers in Game 7 of the NBA Finals fueling furious celebration inside the arena and car-burning euphoria outside of it. Losses hurt, but this one stung because of how close the Celtics came to victory, a second-half lead in the final game evaporating in what seemed like an instant. The Celtics kept their core intact and made some big additions in this offseason, while the Lakers made a few minor tweaks to an already winning roster. With Sunday's rematch between the teams the first since last June, we take a look at 11 things that have happened since.
