How they rank in NBA's Eastern Conference

8. Indiana Pacers Record: 26-32 Record against Boston: 0-2 The Pacers tried to shake things up at the deadline, agreeing to a deal for Memphis guard O.J. Mayo. But the teams missed the deadline to report the deal and the transaction was nullified. The Pacers find themselves in the thick of the playoff race. A coaching change from Jim O'Brien to Frank Vogel has helped, but the Pacers need better production from players like Danny Granger (left). Granger is supposed to be a superstar by now. His improved play of late, along with the emergence of young big men Roy Hibbert and Tyler Hansbrough, have made the Pacers a likely playoff team.
