Celtics' new players see first action

Newly acquired center Nenad Krstic not only started his first game for the Celtics, he scored the game's first basket, a layup that gave the Celtics a 2-0 lead vs. the Clippers in Los Angeles. Krstic was one of two players the Celtics received from the Oklahoma City Thunder in exchange for center Kendrick Perkins and guard Nate Robinson at the NBA's trading deadline. The Celtics won, 99-92, and Krstic finished with nine points and six rebounds.
