7. Doc has gotten some love

All you ever hear from Celtics fans on talk radio, blogs, and message boards is what coach Doc Rivers is doing wrong. But Rivers has also done a couple of things right this year, guiding his team to 66 wins, winning the NBA's Coach of the Month award twice, and finishing second in Coach of the Year voting. His players love him, and he's great with the media. Still, only winning will keep him in the good graces of Celtics fans.
