It's been 43 years since Bill Russell and Red Auerbach united as Boston Celtics to form the nucleus of the greatest dynasty in NBA history. Auerbach died in October of 2006, leaving the Celtics without their great patriarch, but Russell is still very active in promoting the game he once played.
