The Garnett trade revisited
On July 31, 2007 the Celtics pulled off a trade that would change the face of the franchise for years to come. The Minnesota Timberwolves dealt long-time franchise player Kevin Garnett to Boston in exchange for Al Jefferson, Ryan Gomes, Sebastian Telfair, Gerald Green, and two future draft picks, the most-ever players traded in exchange for one. Garnett made an immediate impact and won a title in his first year in Boston. Click through the gallery to see where the other elements of the trade are now.
