Allen stayed in Milwaukee for 6 1/2 seasons. He was part of a sort of 'Big 3' which consisted of Allen, Glenn Robinson, and Sam Cassell (who Allen would meet again on the Celtics). Allen's best season with the Bucks came in 2000-01, where he averaged 22 points per game and led the Bucks to the Eastern Conference Finals.
