M.L. Carr held up the NBA championship trophy and Kevin McHale gave the number one sign during the "Celtics Pride Day" parade on June 14, 1984. The parade to celebrate the Celtics' 15th NBA championship win began at Park Square and ended at Boston City Hall. An estimated 250,000 people came to watch the parade.
