The Celtics will re-sign Jeff Green The lithe forward, acquired from the Thunder in the Kendrick Perkins deal at the 2011 trading deadline, missed the entire season after heart surgery and is technically a free agent. But he was a frequent sight at the Garden and in the locker room during the playoffs, and he should be a good fit as another running mate for Rajon Rondo.
