Australian Open

The cream of the crop rose to the top of the 2010 Australian Open, with Roger Federer winning his 16th Grand Slam event and Serena Williams her 12th. The Open featured several interesting subplots as the comeback of Belgian Justine Henin gained strength with a finals appearance, and two players from China, Li Na and Zheng Jie, reached the semifinals. On the men's side, Rafael Nadal pulled out with a knee injury during his match with Andy Murray, who went on to lose to Federer in the final. ( 26 photos total)
