Wrestling takes many forms, but whether it's the Greco-Roman style used in the West and the Olympics, the traditional Kushti style practiced in India and Pakistan, or even the grand Sumo variety staged in Japan, it's an ancient and demanding discipline that may just be the world's oldest sport.
