French Open 2010

With a victory over the man who knocked him out of last year's tournament, Rafael Nadal reclaimed the number one ranking from Roger Federer as he beat Robin Soderling for the French Open title. In an odd coincidence, it was Soderling who beat Federer this year. It was Nadal's fifth title at Roland Garros, and his seventh Grand Slam overall. On the women's side, Francesca Schiavone won to break into the top 10 in the WTA rankings. Sisters Serena and Venus Williams won their forth Grand Slam doubles title. ( 20 photos total)
