At the start of the NFL season, NBC's "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" used some fast-moving puppies to predict the winner of the Super Bowl. Fallon's show started with 32 puppies, each representing a team in the NFL, contending for a shot over several nights to race each other for a chance to forecast which team would win the Super Bowl. Using Fallon's "Puppy Predictor" system, four finalists representing the Patriots, Colts, Eagles and Saints fought it out to the finish on Sept. 13. The winner of this dash for kibble designed to choose the NFL champion this season just happened to be the puppy representing the Patriots, one Bruce Mackabee. Fallon replayed the race on his show Tuesday night and then interviewed the winning puppy, who wasn't talking. Was this race an omen for Sunday? Let's hope so. Fallon will be taking his show to Indianapolis this week starting Wednesday and will be hosting a live show after the Super Bowl Sunday night on NBC. Check out the race at the 45-second mark.
