Thursday night, Jimmy Fallon went back to the 1980s with some help from LeBron James.

The new Tonight Show host found an old VHS tape in which he sings about one of his favorite sports - "Wastepaper Basketball."

It's totally retro '80s, plus LeBron.

There's plenty of wasted paper, and some pretty bad shooting from Fallon.

"Basketball is my favorite sport, but not the kind of basketball thats on the court," raps Fallon to the beat of the classic "Basketball" by Kurtis Blow. "Im talking bout the b-ball that you play in the office ... We use college rule, we use three-hole punch, then we used the napkin after we ate lunch."

Fallon had nothing on Blow's classic lyrics, though.

"I like Magic, Bird and Bernard King. And Number 33, my man Kareem, is the center of my starting team."

When does Blockbuster open, anyway?
