Take that, Tiger Woods.
Rob Ford's pretty awesome weekend ended with the one-time crack-smoking Toronto mayor running into a fire hydrant. And he didn't need an SUV to do it. Ford got nailed by the non-moving object groin-first while celebrating Canada's 3-0 gold medal hockey victory over Sweden Sunday.
In these photos Tweeted by Toronto-based photograher Darren Calabrese, it appears Ford takes one in the snowballs while enjoying the win. Team Canada wins gold. Ford goes nuts-first into a fire hydrant. What else is new?
"It's amazing. It's just the beginning," Ford told Yahoo! Sports after the game and before his stroll into the fire plug. "Just wait until we [meaning the Toronto Maple Leafs] win the Stanley Cup."
Ford's good times began with a public celebration during Team Canada's overtime women's hockey victory against Team USA in the gold-medal game on Thursday. Here's Ford in action whooping it up in City Council chambers when the Canadians tied things up with 54.6 seconds to play:
Friday, he stopped by the Real Sports Bar and Grill in Toronto shortly after the men began their semifinal game, which was won by Canada 1-0 over Team USA.

Ford was cheered by fans when he entered and was swamped for photo requests. When asked about his presence at the bar during "work" hours, Ford said: "I'm asking the taxpayers to give me two hours off so I can support Canada ... And I think everyone should get two hours off."
The party continued Saturday night as Ford stopped by a Toronto night club to try his skills as a DJ:
Ford dropped a few beats at a "South by Southwest" fundraiser for some of the city's artists.
If his crack at re-election isn't successful, he may have a fall back as either a record producer or fire-hydrant tester.
