Claude Julien was red hot during the Olympics as an assistant coach with Team Canada.

Things got heated again for the Bruins' coach on Boston's current trip to Florida. During Saturday's thrilling 4-3 shootout win over Tampa Bay, "Microwave" sported an epic Category 8 sunburn on his forehead and face.

Two tips for visiting Florida in March: Sunscreen and a hat.

clud.jpgHe said after the game it was the result of "going on too many long walks" in the Florida sun, or perhaps "elevated blood pressure," telling NESN's Jamie Erdahl "I've got to get a little cream for my forehead."

Good for the scorched Claude that there are a couple of CVS pharmacy locations near the airport in Tampa where he can grab some Banana Boat SPF 100.

With the Daylight Savings Time change, Claude and the Bruins only had 18 hours to savor and recover from the comeback win over Tampa Bay before Sunday's 5 p.m. game against the Panthers in Sunrise. Tuukka Rask stopped seven shootout attempts by the Lightning, despite the fact that the goal horn was triggered after the Richard Panik's attempt hit the crossbar. The game ended as the Bruins took their first lead of the night with Reilly Smith beating Ben Bishop on his stick side.

Johnny Boychuk, who is tied for the NHL lead at +31, torched the Lightning with a goal and some stellar defense. It was highlighted by this bit of epic destruction of Tyler Johnson on an open-ice breakaway with 45 seconds to go in the third period.

The Atlantic Division-leading Bruins swept their four-game season series against Tampa Bay. It was also the first time this season the Bruins rallied to win after trailing by two goals. Boston [41-17-5] sits one point behind Pittsburgh atop the Eastern Conference.
