New York-Penn League opens season tonight

NYPL logo.gifMonday night will kick off the 74th season of New York-Penn League Baseball.

The 18-team, Short Season Single-A league features three teams from New England and we have a break down of what's in store for some of the youngest prospects in the region.

Here are the 2013 season previews for our New England based NYPL teams:

Connecticut Tigers

Lowell Spinners

Vermont Lake Monsters
