Talk about a smackdown.

Bengals wide receiver Ochocinco got one from WWE wrestling champion Mike "The Miz" Mizanin in Cincinnati last night. [In the video above, start at the 4:20 mark to see Ochocinco take the ring]

Ochocinco, who was widely panned for heading to the locker room before halftime at Gillette Stadium on Sunday, was a guest star on the season premiere of WWE Monday Night Raw wrestling show last night and got taken down verbally by the champ.

Fresh off a 38-24 drubbing at the hands of the Patriots, Ochocinco was bragging about the Bengals winning the AFC North championship last season and how they were getting ready to win it all this year. "Not just myself, but I got my boy T.O. and the rest of my teammates," Ochocinco said. " And we getting ready to go get a Super Bowl championship this year."

Ochocinco was then interrupted in the ring by the WWE United States champion.

"That's funny because the only thing I've seen you and T.O. do together is leave the game just before halftime only for your team to throw a Hail Mary pass," The Miz said. "And where are their star wide receivers? In the locker room tweeting."

After the initial verbal hammering by Mizanin, the best response Ochocinco could muster was his signature "Child, please" comeback line.
