What if quarterbacks got makeovers?
Quarterbacks have always been known as the pretty boys of most football teams, but Tom Brady has apparently taken this to a new level.
His new look caused a minor stir at training camp this summer Then it was reported over the weekend that Brady and receiver Randy Moss may have had a little dustup before Moss was traded to the Vikings, and that comments about the styling of Brady's hair and Moss' beard may have been part of the dispute.
There have been denials all around, and who knows what to believe? But one thing's for sure -- Brady moves the needle when it comes to fashion.
Now, the folks at the Wall Street Journal, inspired by Brady, got some stylists and a Photoshop expert to do computerized makeovers of a few NFL quarterbacks and they whipped it into a neat interactive graphic. Giants QB Eli Manning looks the goofiest (as evidenced by the screenshot above), while Donovan McNabb looks pretty sharp.
The real dagger is that the "stylists" decided to leave Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez as is. One stylist said, "MVP for hair in my book. I smell a shampoo endorsement."
