ESPN's Buster Olney has tweeted that a deal is done.

The 6-foot-four-inch, 275 pound righthanded closer saved 27 games for the Chicago White Sox in 2010, pitching 52 2/3 innings, going 1-3 with a 4.44 ERA. Jenks saved 41 games in 2006, and saved 40 games in 2007, when he had a 2.77 ERA. He was an All-Star both seasons.

The Globe's Nick Cafardo will have an update in Extra Bases shortly.
