Forbes magazine's annual ranking of the world's 50 most valuable sports teams is out, and the Manchester United soccer team is No. 1 again at $1.86 billion, followed by the NFL's Dallas Cowboys ($1.81 billion) and MLB's New York Yankees ($1.7 billion).

Two Boston teams made the top 50 -- the Patriots were No. 6 with an estimated value of $1.37 billion and the Red Sox checked in at No. 31, $912 million.

The Bruins, Celtics and New England Revolution, who happen to play host to Manchester United tonight at Gillette Stadium, did not make the list.

Liverpool FC, the English Premier League soccer team Red Sox owner John Henry bought in October, also did not make the list.

All 32 NFL teams made the list. Eight soccer teams, six Major League Baseball teams and two NBA and two Formula 1 auto racing teams round out the ranking.
