Paul the Octopus kicked the bucket not long after accurately predicting Spain would win soccer's World Cup last summer, so the sports world turned its eyes to other members of the animal kingdom to help figure out who might win various games.

Enter Nelly, an elephant at a zoo in Germany, who has apparently correctly picked the winner of every Women's World Cup game involving Germany this year. While many media have rehashed the story as Nelly being perfect throughout the tournament, the SpiegelOnline story linked here shows she started misfiring in the semifinals, picking France and Sweden to win and reach the title game.

For Sunday's final she's going with Japan over the United States, according to the video above.
