Tebowing is the new planking.

A web site devoted to photos of people imitating Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow's practice of genuflecting in prayer has cropped up and become quite popular. It features page after page of contributed photos.

tebow.jpgThat, of course, meant it was inevitable for someone to Tebow in a real NFL game, and Detroit Lions linebacker Stephen Tulloch was happy to oblige yesterday after he sacked Tebow during the Lions' 45-10 victory.

Tulloch said he "meant no disrespect," according to an ESPN.com story.

"I wasn't mocking him or anything. Everyone is doing it. I figured if I got to him I would do it, too," he said.

Tulloch met Tebow on the field after the game.

"I just told him to keep his head up," Tulloch said. "Better days are going to come for him. He knows that. He was a winner through college. He'll respond."
