A group of men from Toronto, who were at The Greatest Bar in Boston for a bachelor party, tore down a piece of a mural commemorating the Bruins' memorable 5-4 comeback win over the Maple Leafs in the first round of the NHL playoffs on May 13 according to bar owner Billy Fairweather.
Fairweather said a group of men entered the bar after getting off a party bus Saturday night and as you can see in the video above, one of the men tore the 20-foot-long computer-generated mural on a wall next to the stairwell between the second and third floors of the bar.
Fairweather estimates the damage to be around $1,000 and wants to be reimbursed by those responsible.
