The Celtics have recalled Bill Walker from NBDL Maine for added depth. Walker, who missed most of training camp after tearing the meniscus in his right knee, averaged 17.4 points and 6.4 rebounds in nine games with Maine. Walker is expected to make the trip to Orlando with the club and gives the Celtics another body. The Celtics now have 15 players on their roster and would need to leave three inactive before each game.
