Rap star and Toronto Raptors ambassador Drake has drawn a $25,000 fine from the NBA for what the league considers tampering with Oklahoma City Thunder forward Kevin Durant, according to a report.

Durant was in attendance at Drake’s recent concert in Toronto when the performer started a “KD” chant in the crowd, imploring the audience, “You know, my brother Kevin Durant was kind enough to come to the show tonight and watch us. I just want him to see what would happen if he came to play in Toronto. Let him know what would happen.”

Drake was named a team ambassador for the Raptors in an official capacity for the Raptors in 2013. Durant will be a free agent in 2016.
