Alex Phelan quarterbacked Xaverian Brothers to a 12-0 record and a Division 1 Super Bowl title last fall, the program’s first crown since 1998. He was the Globe’s Division 1 Player of the Year after tossing 14 touchdown passes and scoring nine more. (Full article: 836 words)
