RALEIGH, N.C. It was deja vu all over again for the Boston College
football team, which lost its third straight game today.

North Carolina State came out throwing behind quarterback Russell
Wilson and never stopped. The Wolfpack took a 27-10 halftime lead and never
looked back in coasting to a 44-17 victory.

Dave Shinskie returned at quarterback for the Eagles, replacing
freshman Chase Rettig, who sprained an ankle last week in a 31-13 loss to
Notre Dame.

But Shinskie was ineffective, unable to generate any offense, and he
was replaced by Mike Marscovetra in the third quarter.

The Eagles fell to 2-3, and things might not get better next week,
either, with a game at Florida State on the schedule.
